"We are not coaches who scaled a personal brand. We are operators and builders, and we built ISYA — to work like it."
DANDARA & CHRISSIE
We know what it feels like to carry a business that quietly depends on you for everything. To love what you've built, yet wonder why it feels so heavy. Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that growth meant working harder, holding more, becoming everything to everyone. We don't believe that. We believe a business should support your life, not consume it. We believe systems create freedom, clarity creates confidence, and asking for support is a sign of wisdom — not weakness. Thank you for letting us be part of your journey. We're so glad you're here.
Together, we build what it takes to scale, without
burning out the people scaling it.
Originally from Brazil, I moved to the US by myself at 17. That path shaped my resilience, my ability to observe, and my resourcefulness — skills I still lean on every single day.
I built my career from the ground up: scaling a construction company's operations from scratch, then moving into high-net-worth tax and family office planning, where I built an international investment practice that grew 300% in under three years. There, I saw firsthand that money alone doesn't solve problems: it can create more of them if you're not equipped with the right mindset and systems.
I returned to the construction world to do it again, this time building the team and systems behind a company on track for $50M in sales, with a 500%+ jump in growth in just one year.
I'm an accountant by trade. But at heart, I'm a mindset growth person. I've learned that real growth (the kind that lasts) isn't about carrying everything yourself until you break.
Now, through ISYA, I help women grow their businesses without losing themselves in the process. Because healthy growth starts with a healthy mind.
Growth isn't just about earning more. It's about understanding your numbers, making confident decisions, and building the mindset to use what you create intentionally.
"I don't believe growth has to cost you your peace. The strongest businesses are built by people who are equipped (mentally, not just financially) to carry them."
Systems design taught me one principle that has shaped everything I've done since: invisible structure determines visible outcomes. Every business problem I've encountered has ultimately traced back to something that wasn't visible yet.
Over the past decade, working across architecture, construction, charities, consulting, and business operations in Brazil, the UK, Italy, and the US, I found myself solving the same problem in different industries. Businesses don't become difficult because founders stop working hard. They become difficult because growth outpaces the systems supporting it.
Most recently, as the operational lead alongside the CEO of a 20-year-old company preparing for significant growth, I designed the operating system behind the business. I connected sales, marketing, production, administration, and finance into one cohesive engine, built SOPs, CRM architecture, automations, and reporting, helping create the capacity to support more than $18M in annual revenue. Because the strongest systems are the ones that hold — for the business, and for the people running it.
Founders weren't struggling because they lacked ambition. They were struggling because their businesses had outgrown the way they operated.
"I don't believe founders should have to choose between building a successful business and enjoying their lives. Growth should increase freedom, not complexity."

Our test: if the business cannot survive you taking a week off, something in the architecture is wrong.
